Shipping & DOA Policy

Handling Time & Ordering
All livestock is ordered after purchase. Orders typically arrive to us within 2–3 days, and we hold fish for about a week to reduce stress before shipping.
Please allow 7–14 days handling time while we upgrade and expand our fish room.
Nationwide Shipping
We ship live fish, coral, and anemones to all 48 contiguous states. Our careful packaging ensures your aquatic life arrives safely.
DOA Guarantee
Video required within 1 hour of delivery. We will refund the cost of any fish that arrives deceased. Please note: shipping costs are not refunded.
Carrier Responsibility
Big Country Aquatics is not responsible for carrier delays or damage during transit. Buyer is responsible for tracking shipments once dispatched.
